Built with people like you.
We are an evidence-backed, community-built organization.
We're proud to say our work has been built with over 500 members of the community (and growing). This includes older individuals, caregivers, service providers, academic experts, medical professionals, government staff, and industry leaders from diverse ethnic, geographic, situational, and ability backgrounds. We believe in the power of understanding all sides to a problem to build holistic solutions that work.
What types of research do we conduct?
We are constantly trying to learn how to best solve problems. We do this by going into the community and talking to the people who directly experience the problems we are trying to solve - and we try to make it as fun and rewarding as possible.
User Research
User research is how we get to know you and how we can best help you. The goal is to understand your unique experiences so that we can design the best solution to your everyday problems.
In short, chat with us over snacks and tell us your stories.
Usability Testing
Usability testing gives you the chance to test our solutions early to help us make sure they are working well. The goal is to ensure that we release solutions we know you will be happy with.
In short, try to break what we give to you so we know how to make it better.
What do you get out of it?
We try to give you as much as you are giving us.
